Cancellation Policy
Because of the travel and extra time requirements of the house call model, efficient scheduling is a top priority. A fee for the scheduled service will be charged for missed appointments and appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
Methods of Payment
Services rendered are payable at the time of service. Lopez House Calls accepts cash, checks, credit cards, debit cards, flexible spending account (FSA) payments or health savings account (HSA) payment.
